Tax Payer Application (TIN Certificate)
This is a requestiment as per the Myanmar internal Revenue Department within 90 days after completed incorporation.
Commercial Tax
Generally, commercial tax is imposed at the rate of 5%. It's may cause changes depending on the business nature. The commercial tax that a business charges and collects is known as output tax, which has to be paid to the Myanmar tax authorites.
Commerical Tax License Application (per annum)
This is a requirement as per the Myanmar Internal Revenue Department Commercial Tax Obligations and Offsetting (3/2017).
Monthly Commercial Tax Payment and Filing service (monthly)
Commercial Tax must be filed at the end of each calendare month at the respective tax office and no later than 10 days after the month end (if any)
Quarterly Tax Return (quarterly)
The commercial Tax return must be filed at the end of each quater at the respective tax office. Failure to submit tax returns or other returns will result in a penalty 5% the tax due plus additional 1% of the tax due to each month.
